‘Real Housewives’ Star Gives Surprising Update on Baby No. 4

Erin Lichy is taking a laid-back approach as she awaits the arrival of her fourth child.

In a March 2025 interview with Us Weekly, “The Real Housewives of New York City” star admitted she hasn’t done “anything” to prepare for her new baby and has no supplies for her newborn as of yet. But she’s also not stressing about any of it.

“I’m like, ‘I need to start preparing, getting the room ready, getting the wipes out,’” Lichy told the outlet. “I have not even really thought about it. Is that crazy?”

“This baby will just be free loading off whatever is existing in our apartment,” she added. “I know that I have such a great group of friends and family around me that I know people are going to bring stuff. And what do I really need in the beginning, you know?”

Lichy and her husband Abe share children Levi, 10, Layla, 7, and Elijah, 4. In November 2024, the 37-year-old RHONY star surprised fans with a baby bump reveal during a video interview with BravoTV.com. “Let’s announce the future Lichy baby in my belly, coming Spring 2025,” she said. “[Abe and I] did not talk this through. We do have a lot of sex, and sometimes it ends up in child! So, yep, here we go. Four kids in the city.”

Erin Lichy Has Not Changed ‘Any Aspect’ of Her Life During Her Pregnancy

With a 10-year gap between her first pregnancy and her fourth, Lichy is not stressing over things. In an interview on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, she told host Amanda Hirsch she hasn’t changed her eating or exercise habits this time around.

“I am working out the exact same way,“ she shared. “I’m eating the exact same way. And that’s the one thing that I did not do in my third pregnancy.  I was like, ‘I’m pregnant like, give me the Pinkberry, give me the Oreos.’ Every night, like getting into every craving.”

“I also thought my last pregnancy was going to be my last, so I leaned in, and I gained a ton of weight,” she added. “It took me a year to lose it, like it was really hard for me, so this time I’m not changing any aspect of my life and I’ve been fine. And I feel great.”

While Lichy wasn’t planning to be a mom of four, she told People magazine that her kids had other ideas. “They were begging me to get pregnant. Begging,” she said.

The Bravo TV personality said she warned her children that they would get “less toys, less attention” with a new sibling in the house, but that they still wanted another baby.

In the Us Weekly interview, Lichy confirmed that this would be her last child. “We are done,” she said. “I feel like the family is complete. I mean, it’s kind of disjointed in a way because I had the other three much closer together. This is a five-year gap. “
