Drew Scott Spoke About His Children’s Dynamic
While speaking to Collider in August 2024, Scott shared how his son reacted to having a younger sibling. According to Scott, Parker “was a little trepidatious” about Piper.
“He didnโt know what to expect. Itโs almost like he thought she was gonna hurt him or something, and then he was getting a little jealous. ‘Whoโs this lady coming along and stealing my time? Iโm the most important one in this house,'” said Scott to the publication.
Scott clarified that his son’s opinion of his sister soon changed.
“Now heโs at the point where he seems to just want to spend every minute with her. He wants to nuzzle up with her and kiss her hand or her head and kind of pet her and stuff like that. Itโs really adorable to see the two of them together,” said Scott during the Collider interview.
Drew Scott Shared That His Children Will Greet Him When He Returns Home
During a November 2024 interview with TODAY, Scott shared that his children will greet him when he returns home from work.
โTheir playroom is up on the upper level, and then thereโs the living room โฆ so whenever I come home, because I give Linda a heads-up when Iโm almost home, inevitably, theyโre at one of the windows. Thatโs just, for me, is always a sweet thing,” said Scott during the interview. โTypically, itโd be Parker because his head, not even his chin, just from his mouth to the top of his head, is over the window frame. So if Iโm looking closely, Iโll find him. And heโs tapping on the window, it’s this little soft tap. And then as soon as he sees me, he starts to wave the hand.โ
