Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Megan Thee Stallion, and even “Pokemon” mascot Pikachu are set to receive honors at the fourth annual Gold House Gala.
The gala, which takes place on May 10 at the Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles, will feature over 600 guests to celebrate the most impactful Asian Pacific icons.

While the full list hasn’t been announced, a few of the 100 featured honorees have been announced. Besides the aforementioned actress, singer and video game character, actor Min Jin Lee, singer Anderson .Paak, Perplexity AI CEO and co-founder Aravind Srinivas, the cast and creators of “Moana 2” and many more are among those being recognized.
Additionally, heroes aiding in 2025 Los Angeles Wildfire efforts will also receive honors.
Chopra Jonas is getting the first ever Global Vanguard Honor for the 25 years she’s spent in Hollywood bringing together Asian Pacific ideals to Western culture.
Stallion is nabbing the One House Honor for supporting Asian Pacific culture in her musical collaborations like in the song “Mamushi” off of her third album “MEGAN.”
Being inducted into the Gold Legend Honor ranks are director Ang Lee, CEO of the Pokémon Company Tsunekazu Ishihara with Pikachu, and “Pachinko” author Min Jin Lee.
2024’s honorees included Lucy Liu, Hello Kitty and Maui First Responders.
Equitable Excellence
Gold House is an organization looking for socioeconomic equity through programs, platforms and other aspects of the cultural ecosystem.
“With a passionate focus on ‘equitable excellence,’ we believe that the highest quality creative projects can be seen by the most eyes and change the most hearts; while the most promising companies can employ the most people and shift industries significantly,” their mission statement says.
Besides the Gold Gala, the Gold House also recognizes those in film and television.
“Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” will be celebrated as its 25th anniversary lands in the year 2025.
Singer Laufey is getting the Billboard Gold Record Honor.
Olympians Suni Lee and Lee Kiefer and Paralypian Chuck Aoki will receive the A1 in Sports and Gaming for their wins at the 2024’s Paris Olympic Games.
Gold House also features a creative equity fund aimed at accelerating creative projects and companies. They also have programs for separate creatives such as producers, artists and more.
The full list of honorees will be announced on May 1.
