Just weeks after welcoming her daughter Teddi, โSouthern Charmโ star Madison LeCroy is already mapping out her return to fitness โ and inviting fans to join her.
The 33-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Stories to share the early steps of her postpartum workout plan.
Setting Goals
Lecroy has always been candid about the effort behind maintaining her physique.
In a clip from a past season of “Southern Charm,” the reality star’s mother addressed the possibility of her having twins, reminding her, โYou have worked hard for that body โ it wasnโt just given to you.โ
โWell, Iโm like 50/50 man-made, you know what Iโm saying?โ she joked.
Now, just three weeks after giving birth, Lecroy has taken to social media to respond to fan questions about her postpartum fitness timeline.
โIโm only 3 weeks postpartum, so right now itโs just movement,โ she wrote.
LeCroy, who gave birth to her daughter on June 29, said her initial goal is to walk three times a week, gradually increasing her distance. By week four, she hopes to be walking up to 3 miles. But the real challenge, she noted, begins shortly after.
โWeeks 6-8? Thatโs when the real grind starts,โ she added. โOnce Iโm healed and cleared (still pumping, still eating for two), weโre working out and dialing in the diet like the crackhead gym rat I am (kidding. sorta). If you want to join the bounce-back crew, come on! Weโll ease in, but when itโs go-time, weโre going VS Fashion Show 2026 hard.โ
The โBounce-Backโ Crew
Later that week, LeCroy posted another update after completing a scenic walk. She said she aimed to hit 2.2 miles by the weekend: โDefinitely not more and fingers crossed, not less!โ
Per Yahoo Entertainment, Bravo star is tracking her recovery with her Whoop wearable fitness monitor, which analyzes sleep and activity levels. โAnd the best part? It tells you how hard to push the next day based on your recovery, so youโre not overdoing it,โ she shared.
LeCroy also asked fans to help her choose a platform for building a virtual โbounce-backโ community โ open to anyone who wants to get back in shape, regardless of parenthood status.
โYou couldโve had a baby 40 years ago and still be involved in this. Or never had a baby. It doesnโt matter,โ she said. โWe only have a few weeks leftโฆ before we gotta crack down. So, help me.โ
LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, recently brought baby Teddi home after the infant spent two weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) due to a premature delivery.
Teddi is the first child for LeCroy and Randle. Madison also shares her 12-year-old son Hudson with a previous partner.
