Itโs been a busy year for Grammy Award-winning pop icon Justin Bieber. After welcoming his first child, Jack Blues Bieber, with his wife, Rhode founder Hailey Bieber, in August 2024, Justin launched his own clothing line, SKYLRK, and his seventh studio album โSWAGโ last month, leading to plenty of media coverage for the celebrity family.
Back in the public eye after unexpectedly cancelling his 2023 โJusticeโ world tour in 2023 following health issues, Bieber has remained vocal about his distaste for the prying eyes of paparazzi, frequently leaving his Los Angeles home for a bit of peace and quiet with his new family.
Earlier this summer, the โDaisiesโ singer and his family traveled to Iceland, where Bieber completed work on his latest album ahead of its surprise release last month. While in Europe the Biebers similarly travelled to Spain and Italy, where Justin filmed the music video for his song โYukon,โ starring both Hailey and Jack Blues.
The singer has also made several trips to Lake Coeur dโAlene in Kootenai County, Idaho. While it was previously rumored that Bieber merely rented properties in the area, which has become a frequent vacation spot for celebrities like the Kardashians, The U.S. Sun has now reported that the star actually purchased a home near the Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club in 2020.ย

The source similarly shared property documents that revealed details about the custom-built five-bedroom home, which reportedly boasts an open-plan style, top-of-the-range appliances and an impressive outdoor patio spread across 5,000 square feet.
Bieber reportedly purchased the Idaho getaway home for $4.2 million in 2020 under an LLC connected with Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group, a premiere business management group that the star has since parted ways with.

โHe can be out on the water, and hang out at the Gozzer ranch club without being disturbed every day and have people taking photographs of everything he does. He can relax more,โ the inside source continued.
โHeโs often playing golf and hanging out with friends, just being a normal guy and not a pop star,โ they added. โJustin has even been seen downtown browsing around the local shops, but people tend to leave him alone.โ
The area is frequented by a number of celebrity guests, including stars like Kim Kardashian, Harry Styles and Jennifer Aniston to name a few.
โThey are very protective here,โ the source continued. โItโs not unusual to see stars. This is a place where celebrities come to get away and can switch off, and itโs packed with natural beauty.โ
Most recently, Bieber and his family traveled to their new Idaho home, now appraised at $7 million, in March to celebrate his 31st birthday, with the star posting photos of him and his friends hanging out by the local Gozzer Lake.
As the singerโs son prepares to celebrate his own first birthday on August 22, Jack Blues can expect to spend plenty of his childhood in the great outdoors of Idaho, as well as in sunny Los Angeles.
In addition to his lakeside Idaho residence and an $25.8 million home in Beverly Park, Bieber similarly owns a 101-acre mansion in Ontario, Canada and a $16.6 million French-inspired estate in La Quintaโs prestigious Madison Club.
