‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Diane & Jack’s Romantic ‘Trip’
CBSOn Tuesday, Diane prepares a special surprise for Jack. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say she sets up a romantice Italian-themed date night at the Abbott mansion.
The couple talks about their supposed trip to Venice, but got stuck in Nice instead. Their conversation turns to Cane and his scheme.
Jack wishes they could escape on vacation while Cane and Victor tear each other apart. Meanwhile, Diane can’t understand how Cane thinks he can take over all their companies, yet she can’t help but worry.
Tessa & Claire Catch Up
CBSMeanwhile, Tessa fills Claire in about her split from Mariah. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Claire is shocked to hear the news and hates to think she’s dealing with it all alone. Tessa clarifies she’s actually talking to someone lately, referring to Daniel Romalotti.
At Society, Daniel spots Holden talking to Cane on his phone. The two chat about the billionaire, and Daniel asks if Phyllis is getting herself involved with the wrong people.
Holden wonders what Daniel’s agenda. He insists he’s only looking out for his mother.
Claire and Tessa arrive, and Holden invites the ladies to join them. The four bond over their respective dramas. “I know it’s a really hard time for everyone,” Tessa tells the group. “But it’s great that we have people we can be sad with.” She smiles at Daniel.
‘Y&R’ Spoilers: Cane Puts Phyllis in Her Place
CBSIn Cane’s train, Phyllis arrives with champagne and declares they need to celebrate Genoa City’s new royalty. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane tells Phyllis it’s not a good time, but she starts drinking anyway.
Phyllis babbles about their rivals, but Cane repeats he’s not in the mood for any of it. The redhead guesses it’s about him being exposed to the press.
Cane admits he’s reached out to his kids, but didn’t get a response. He’s worried they will never believe him again.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Phyllis gives Cane unsolicited advice about kids and ruining their trusts. She recalls her schemes and how her kids came around and forgave her.
But Phyllis realizes she’s overstayed her welcome. As she’s about to leave, Cane tells her to stay.
He tells her that while he has a lot of admiration for her, they’re not partners. “You are not the queen to my king,” Cane declares. “We are not equals.”
