RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Wins Sole Physical Custody of Her Minor Children

Fans of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” know that Jennifer Pedranti has spent the last few years locked in a custody battle with her ex, William Pedranti. In 2024, the exes reached a temporary custody agreement, but it apparently wasn’t intended to last. That is because Jennifer was recently granted sole physical custody of her three minor children, whom she shares with her ex.

Us Weekly was the first to share an update on the Bravo star’s situation.

According to Us Weekly, Jen and William informed the court of the change in their custody agreement on Sept. 3, 2025. They had been sharing joint physical custody, but now Jennifer will have their three minor children, Everleigh, Greyson, and Dominic, full-time. William will have visitation of the kids.

Their older sons, Harrison and Dawson, are not included in the agreement because they are over the age of 18.

William is also to provide Jennifer with a one-hour notice before visiting their kids. He is also ordered to pay $4,674 a month for child support and an additional $1,735 per month in spousal support. He also paid a one-time lump sum of $267,811.

No reason has been provided for why both Jennifer and Bill agreed to the sudden custody change.

Jennifer Is Busy Planning Her Wedding to Ryan Boyajian

During Season 18 of RHOC, Jen fast-tracked her romance with Ryan. She moved in with him quickly after being evicted from her own home, but everything has worked out great for the couple. They are in the process of planning a wedding, and Jen’s five kids are sure to be in attendance.

One thing that will change after they swap vows is that Jen will lose her spousal support from William. It shouldn’t be a big deal, though, because she has also landed on her feet with her yoga business.

Jennifer’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” castmates seemed a little unsure about her relationship with Ryan at the beginning, but they seem to have come around to the idea as the season progressed.

What do you think about Jen being granted sole physical custody? Do you believe that it was just a typical change in her agreement with her ex? Or did something serious happen to help facilitate the change? How about her relationship with Ryan? Will they marry?
