‘Beyond the Gates’ Preview Clip for Oct. 6: Motherly Advice Times Two

“Beyond the Gates” has released a new preview clip for the week of Oct. 6, 2025, and it looks like Donnell is getting closer to the truth. Anita and Leslie both offer their daughters some advice in the love department. Also, Hayley and Andi continue to battle over Bill, as Andre tries to hang onto Dani.

Will Eva and Nicole Take the Advice They are Given?

The latest BTG preview clip begins with a bit of irony. Leslie is attempting to give her daughter, Eva, relationship advice, despite having her own share of issues in the love department. “Eva, you have to fight — clean or dirty,” Leslie says, and it appears that Eva may have listened. She arrives at the Fairmont Crest Country Club and makes a beeline for the table where Tomas is sitting. Eva then suggests that it is time for them to finish what they’ve started.

Speaking of motherly advice, it looks like Anita has some for her daughter, Nicole. The two are seated together as Anita encourages her daughter to move on from her split from Ted. Nicole has been tangled in the mess of her divorce for too long, according to Anita. “Date. Get dressed up. Feel yourself a little,” she suggests.

The preview clip then jumps to Nicole out for an evening with Carlton. She is all dressed up and allows Carlton to kiss her.

Is Donnell on to Vanessa’s Lies?

Next, Donnell is at the police station, trying to determine the cause of Doug’s demise. He speaks to Jacob, saying, “I just need to know anything that might help me understand why he would leave us.” Marcel is nearby, listening intently to their conversation. Neither man realizes that Marcel played a huge role in Doug’s accident.

The preview clip then jumps to Vanessa and Joey, who are having drinks together. She is afraid that her secret fling with Joey may come to light. “Imagine if Donnell finds out the truth?” she says just as her son actually walks through the door. “Baby, what are you doing here?” Vanessa asks, and Donnell responds with, “I was going to ask you the same thing, Mom.” Jacob then appears as well.

The scene then switches to Hayley looking for her husband, Bill, in Dani’s house. Hayley tells Bill’s ex that she now has her own husband and to stay away from Bill. Meanwhile, at Orphey Gene’s, Bill and Andre are having a heated confrontation of their own.

“She’s the sexiest woman in the world. Only a damn fool would have kicked her to the curb,” Andre says as scenes of Andre and Dani getting romantic flash on the screen. “Getting Richardson out of my ex-wife’s life and out of her bed is top priority,” Bill tells someone on the other end of a phone call that he has made.
