Sutton Stracke opened up about what it was like to film “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 14 reunion during a March 4 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”
She explained how this was one of the more emotional reunions yet.
“The reunions, people don’t understand, it takes us days to get over them. It’s a lot of emotional energy that we put into it. And, so I think it was a very emotional one,” Stracke said.
Bravo host Andy Cohen agreed.
“It’s a lot and it takes us through a lot of time and energy and focus,” she continued. “And so, I’m exhausted still.”
Season 14 starred Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and newcomer Bozoma Saint John. Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton were “friends of” the cast. The reunion was filmed on February 28

“Friday was the Beverly Hills Housewives reunion, which for some reason I think I thought it was going to be good, but my expectations were relatively low,” Cohen said. “It was very good.”
“It will be three parts,” he added. “We shot until 9 at night. And this is going to be a quite satisfying reunion for people.”
As for Richards, she spoke about it during an Amazon Livestream on March 4.
“Friday we shot the reunion and that is always extremely stressful and draining,” she stated. “And all of us end up in bed for two days after.”
“The reunion was, oh my gosh, I heard Andy [Cohen] announce it’s going to be a three-parter, which does not surprise me,” she added. “It was emotional, intense, and very surprising. Surprising in that I was like, ‘Where the hell did that come from?’”
And during the taping, there was one specific thing that stood out to her.
“I’m going to let you guys wait and see and then you’ll know exactly what it was,” she explained. “But I also love how everybody is so ‘brave’ coming after you in their interviews and then when they’re called out, they’re like ‘oh yeah.’ How about be who you are on camera, the same person you are when [you’re off]? That would be helpful.”

For the first time since she has been on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Kemsley got the first seat, right next to Andy Cohen. Next to Kemsley is Saint John, as the two quickly got close this season. And then she is followed by Jayne and Hilton.
On the other side, Richards was seated next to the Bravo host, followed by Stracke, Beauvais, and Tilly.
