Chris Lane, country music artist, and Lauren Bushnell Lane, former โBachelorโ contestant, are expanding to a family of five.
Chris, 40, and Lauren, 35, took to their Instagrams on May 29 to share the news. The couple posted a joint reel of the family posing for pictures on the beach as Laurenโs belly peeked through a yellow cardigan.
“Party of 5 coming this November! ๐ค” the couple captioned the video.
Fans shared their support and excitement in the comments section.
โOh my gosh! Goosebumps, for sure. God bless you and your beautiful family,โ one fan shared.
โCongrats! Another beautiful baby to add to your family โค๏ธโค๏ธ,โ another fan commented.
Baby Number 3 is on its Way
As People reported, Lauren found out she was pregnant before the couple had decided yet if they were going to have a third baby.ย
โNeedless to say, cycle tracking isnโt the most effective thing,โ she told People. โBut clearly, Iโm just gonna go with the belief that it was meant to be, and this little human being is meant to be on this earth. Iโm kind of glad that we didnโt have to make the decision. It was just decided for us.โ
The country singer also shared his excitement for the new addition to the family.
โItโs very exciting,โ he told People, โIโm exhausted just thinking about having a newborn. Iโm too old for this!โ
The couple is wishing for a healthy baby and are already parents of two boys, Dutton and Baker. A gender reveal is to come soon and Lauren shared she would be happy welcoming another boy.
โI know how to be a boy mom like the back of my hand at this point,โ Lauren told People, โand I feel confident in that role. And I love being a boy mom. But truly a healthy baby has always been the number one wish.โ
Chris shared he has โnever envisionedโ himself being a girl dad before, โso I would be a little nervous if that were the case. Iโm excited to find out, though.โ
Chris Lane Has New Music on the Way
Chris is gearing up to drop his latest album, โShade Treeโ, on June 20. The album is home to 12 tracks and has a special meaning behind it.
โI wrote Shade Tree as a way to look back on how lucky I was to grow up under the shade tree in our yard in Kernersville, NC,โ Chris wrote in the caption of the post. โEvery day was football, baseball, basketball, hide & seek, family cookouts, chicken stews, and birthdays.โ
โLife was hard,โ he continued. โLife was beautiful. We didnโt have much, but somehow, we had it all at the same time. Iโm thankful for the way I was raised, the lessons it taught me, and most importantly, for finding Jesus. Growing up under that shade tree made me the man I am today.โ
