Tyler Hynes Gets Real About ‘Joyous’ ‘Three Wisest Men’: ‘The Most Handsome Men on TV’

Tyler Hynes stars in two big Hallmark Christmas movies for the 2025 season. One, “Christmas Above the Clouds,” co-starred Erin Krakow and premiered on November 8. The next one, “Three Wisest Men,” premieres on November 15.

“Three Wisest Men” is the third movie in the series that also stars Paul Campbell and Andrew Walker. Hynes was recently asked about his feelings about making the movie, and he had incredibly sweet things to say.

Tyler Hynes’ Experience Filming ‘Three Wisest Men’ Was ‘Joyous’

On November 4, Us Weekly shared some quick tidbits from Hynes.

When asked about his feelings regarding doing “Three Wisest Men,” the third and final installment of the series, Hynes revealed, “It felt epic, it felt daunting, it felt exciting.”

Campbell, who co-wrote and starred in all three movies, also talked to Us Weekly in the same interview about feeling pressure to get this final movie right. Campbell said that once everybody was on set and they started filming, all the pressure went away and they just embraced the joy. Hynes shared similar sentiments.

Hynes acknowledged it felt “joyous to look across the room and see two of the most handsome men on television staring into my eyes.”

Fans of Hynes, Campbell, and Walker know that the three have grown extremely close over the past few years. Their love for one another is easy to see both on-screen and off.

The Hallmark Star Feels He’s ‘Done It’

Not only did Hynes make a fun quip about Walker and Campbell being such handsome men, but he also joked that as they stared into his eyes on the set, he knew they were “questioning whether they made the right decision to make a movie with me.”

As much as the Hallmark fan favorite jokes about such things, he also said making “Three Wisest Men” was “the biggest joy of my life.”

He also spoke in a broader sense about feeling that joy. Hynes noted, “If you’re in this life, if you can make good things with good people, you’ve done it.”

Hynes Forms Close Bonds With Many of His Co-Stars

It is nothing new to hear Hynes gush over his co-stars, almost all of whom have also become very good friends off-screen. Of Krakow, Hynes told EntertainmentNow, “I wanted to do this movie because I wanted to see Erin play this part. I wanted to see her, in person, do her thing. I wanted to be a witness to it.”

Of Jonathan Bennett and B.J. Britt, his “The Groomsmen” co-stars, Hynes told EntertainmentNow, “We became best friends through the high highs and low lows of it all.”
