Alison Victoria is renovating clients’ homes in Las Vegas, but before she does, she’s giving fans a sneak peek at her own home in Sin City.
Victoria is starting a new chapter on HGTV with the debut of her upcoming show โSin City Rehab,โ which premieres Wednesday, September 17.
In an Instagram post, Alison promises, “Iโm back, and Iโm ready to show the city, and myself, what Iโm really made of. ๐ฅ Bigger stakes. Bigger risks. Bigger payouts.”
Her relocation from Chicago to Las Vegas of course came with a major change of address. Alison sold her Windy City dream home and bought “Villa Victoria.”
In an new video she posted on Instagram, Alison Victoria answers her beautiful antique arched double doors and says, “Hi, HGTV. Come on in.”
The video shows a montage of images as the designer exclaims, “Welcome to Villa Victoria, my house in Las Vegas that I love so much!”
Alison narrates, “This house is a true mix of two places that I love: the Mediterranean and Cabo.”
Alison Victoria’s New House Features Room to Dance
Alison Victoria takes viewers on a tour of her new home, starting with an open plan living room with light wood floors that features an open space Alison declares, “I knew when I bought this house that this was the dance floor!”
The family room is filled with rounded white tufted furniture. “I wanted the furniture to be really, really low,” Alison explains. “You almost, like, don’t see it. But it’s super comfy and cozy.”
She points out an ornate antique green marble mantle she says she bought at the Paris antique market.
“But,” she says, “my favorite part is the bar.”
With the bar, Alison brings a little touch of “Windy City Rehab” to Las Vegas.
“So it wouldn’t be my house without a bar,” Alison says. “This bar is from an old speakeasy in Chicago. I had to pay homage to my first city… It’s really, truly like the centerpiece.”
Alison’s Bedroom & Bathroom Are Show Stoppers
Alison points out her gallery wall along her hallway, then leads viewers into her luxurious primary bedroom and bathroom.
She points out breathtaking antique double doors, saying, “These doors are the best ones I’ve ever found or ever put anywhere.”
Alison explains, “When you walk in this bedroom, I wanted it to feel like a five-star resort in Cabo.”
The bathroom features white marble countertops and a unique freestanding bathtub that is gold on the outside and Alison’s favorite color, green, on the inside. “This is probably the greatest bathroom I’ve ever done,” she enthuses.
Alison’s Vegas Kitchen May Trump Her Chicago Design
The tour detours outside where she has a firepit, bar and outdoor kitchen.
And speaking of kitchens, then it’s time for the room Alison is famous for. “I feel like this kind of Kitchen Queen-ish. I win every kitchen on every competition show and I feel like I’ve designed over 200. But this one might be my favorite.”
While Alison has referred to the kitchen in her Chicago “dream home” as her “masterpiece,” she thinks she may have one-upped herself for her Sin City kitchen.
“This kitchen was exactly this layout when I bought it,” she explains. It features green cabinets reminiscent of the kitchen that helped Alison secure the title in season six of “Rock the Block.”
Alison says the green matches exactly with the design on her grandma’s plates.
Her appliances are also green. And no Alison Victoria kitchen is complete without a massive vent hood over the stove.
