HGTV star Christina Haack and her second ex-husband Ant Anstead interacted in a playful manner on social media.
People magazine reported that Anstead shared that his parents have not yet moved into a farmhouse he purchased for them in a March 31 Instagram upload.
“If you were one of the people that watched my new show ‘Ant Anstead: Born Mechanic’ last year, you’d have seen that I foolishly went and bought a 500-year-old farmhouse. Full renovation project. For my parents to move into,” said Anstead while filming the video.
According to Anstead, he had “bit off more than [he] can chew” when it came to the house.
One person in the comments section inquired if Haack, the mother of his youngest son, Hudson, could give him some assistance in fixing up the space.
“So you’re not hiring Christina to do the renovation for you?” inquired a fan.
Anstead then noted that he was a judge during the first season of Haack’s HGTV series, “The Flip Off.”
“Well…… after The Flip Off…… she owes me one!!!! X,” wrote Anstead.
Haack replied to Anstead’s comment, stating, “I’m down 😂.”
Christina Haack Shared Her Relationship With Ant Anstead Got Better After Her Split From Josh Hall
During a January 2025 interview with Us Weekly, Haack shared that she and Anstead have a better dynamic following her decision to end her marriage to her third husband, Josh Hall, during the summer of 2024. According to Haack, she did not feel comfortable communicating with Anstead because of Hall.
“The whole time I was with Josh, I would worry [thinking about how] Hudson’s sports [games] are coming up, we’re going to have to be on the field together, how’s Josh going to handle it?” said Haack to Us Weekly. “[After we broke up] I was dropping Hudson off at Ant’s house, and he gave me a big hug and was like, ‘I’m here for you and I’m so sorry you’re going through this.’ He said, ‘I feel like Josh is the source of the problem [and why] I couldn’t communicate.’ Now we’re back on track.”
Haack also shared positive comments about Anstead’s girlfriend, Renee Zellweger. She said while they are not close, she appreciates that Zellweger and Hudson have a good relationship.
Christina Haack Is In a New Relationship
Haack is in a relationship with businessman, Christopher Larocca. During a March 2025 interview on Jeff Lewis‘ radio show, “Jeff Lewis Live,” alongside her boyfriend, Haack teased that she might eventually get married to Larocca. After she told Lewis that she would not have any more husbands, she paused, then said, “Maybe one more.”
Haack’s first ex-husband and her “The Flip Off” co-star Tarek El Moussa shared that he has enjoyed Larocca’s company during an April 2025 interview with Us Weekly.
“I really like him. He’s really nice,” said El Moussa to the publication.
He also said that Larocca has been a source of support for Haack amid her divorce from Hall.
“Honestly, he just seems like a good guy. She’s going through a really tough situation and, based on my conversations with her, he’s supportive, he’s guiding, he’s experienced and he is giving her good advice,” said El Moussa.
