Justin & Hailey Bieber’s Marriage Back on Track After Rumored Tension

Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber have been working on their marriage after rumors surfaced that there was tension between them. A source told Us Weekly “the tension has settled” now that Justin’s new album “SWAG” has been released.

Apparently, it was Justin’s laser-focus on making music that was creating a rift between him and Hailey. “The intense focus and emotional toll of creating new music had put a strain on their marriage,” the source shared. “When Justin is in the studio making new music, he gets completely consumed and shuts everything else out.”

Justin and Hailey and their son, Jack Blues, have been spending time vacationing in Idaho, and “have been able to finally reconnect more” in recent weeks. On August 22 they will celebrate Jack’s 1st birthday while in “a much better place” in their relationship.

Justin seems to pour a lot of emotional energy into creating new music, so it makes sense that positive reviews help elevate his mood. “SWAG” has been reviewed favorably by critics, including Pitchfork who called it “warm” and “blissful.”

The positive reception has had a calming effect on both Justin and Hailey, as the source explained, “There’s a sense of relief on both sides.” But Justin specifically is in a much better place now that all the effort he put forth is paying off.

“He felt a lot of pressure hanging over him and has been in a better mental headspace these last few weeks,” the source shared. “He is very happy there have been positive reviews of the album and that fans like it.”

Hailey Bieber Overcame Her Own Struggles

Back in May, Hailey opened up about the difficulties she experienced after giving birth to son Jack, sharing with Vogue, “I was bleeding really badly, and people die, and the thought crosses your mind.”

Thankfully, she and Jack were fine, and Hailey had nothing but praise for the way Justin treated her as a new mom. “Like, ‘My woman is a god. A superhero. I could never,’” she said. “At least that was the case for me.” 

As for the couple’s recent rumored troubles, Us Weekly’s source said that Hailey “takes it day by day and is very patient” with Justin, whom she married in 2018.

“There’s still work to be done in their marriage,” the source explained, adding, “but they’re in a much better place.”
