Finneas and Ashe gave fans the ultimate surprise on June 2 as they announced they have new band: The Favors. The singers took to their Instagrams to share the news with the world.
“We made a band,” reads the post’s caption. “It’s called The Favors. Announcing our new album, The Dream, out September 19. Debut single, “The Little Mess You Made”, Friday, June 6. We deeply loved making this music together in secret and can’t wait for it to finally make it’s way to you.”
Fans took to the comments section to share their excitement for the duo’s upcoming release.
“Finneas and Ashe making [a] band and releasing an album wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card🥹,” one fan commented.
“Omg I always thought the both of you had so much musical potential together!” another fan shared.
“This feels like witnessing…history please omg 🥹🫶,” one person commented.
Other fans noted a similarity between the post shared and an iconic band.

Fans are now looking forward to the band’s debut album, “The Dream”, hitting music streaming services on Sept. 19. Additionally, one June 6 the debut single “The Little Mess You Made”, is set to be released.
Finneas gave fans insight on the project on his Instagram story.
“Over the past 18 months,” he shared, “Ashe and I have been toiling away on this album and I really mean it when I say I could not be more proud of it – David Marinelli on drums, Ricky Gourmet on guitar – I love being in a band.”
Finneas & Ashe Have Worked Together
In March 2021, the artists released “Till Forever Falls Apart”.
Finneas and Ashe have also shared the stage to perform the track that many fans love.
Ashe had posted the video of the two sharing the stage in March, prior to the announcement of their band. However, fans were just as excited for the singers’ performance.

Finneas is on the Road
Finneas is currenly on the road in support of his sophomore album, “For Cryin’ Out Loud”.
