Former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, may be done having kids after their fourth daughter is born.
On Friday, February 21, the retired NFLer appeared on TNT’s “The Steam Room” where he revealed that he may undergo a vasectomy.
“We’ve brought it up. I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not. But, I think we’ll see,” he said. Jason went on to say that the decision is ultimately up to his wife.
“I’ve got the easy part, I’ll keep doing my part,” he joked, adding, “But, I think Kylie’s to the end of wanting to pop these things out. I think this pregnancy’s been a long one for her. This is our fourth girl. We’ll see.”
Jason and Kylie are parents to Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1.
Does Jason Kelce Want to Try for a Boy?
Also on “The Steam Room,” Jason talked about possibly adding a boy to his all-female pack.
“I don’t think it’s necessarily if we want to have a boy because at the end of the day, we’re not shooting with good percentages. We’ve got to give up on that idea. It’s like, ‘Do we want to have another child?’ And if we want to have another one, we’ll do that,” he said.
He previously talked about having a fourth girl and how he and his wife are fairly prepared for what’s to come.
“There’s another girl, so the clothes are all going to be hand-me-downs or already bought. The crib is already situated. So we’re pretty set. Kylie’s definitely preparing more than I am, because she’s actually growing the human being,” he told E! News in November 2024.
Kylie Kelce Also Said She May Be Done Having Kids
After announcing her pregnancy in November 2024, Kylie jokingly explained why she decided to have a fourth child.
“Jason was always like, ‘I’ll do whatever you wanna do,’ and I was always in the camp of I wanted four with room for one pleasant surprise. Which I really think we got to three, and I was like, three is cool. This feels good,” Kylie said on the December 19 episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.
“Then we got out of the rough baby sleeping and all that, and then I was just like, you know what? I really like even numbers,” she joked.
However, Kylie admitted that baby No. 5 probably won’t be in the cards.
“I think it might get shut down after this one. We’re gonna have this next kid and I’m gonna be like, ‘Don’t even look at me. Just eyes at the floor. Don’t look at me,'” she said.
