Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne, spoke out on rumors that her dad’s health is declining.
Kelly Osbourne took to herย Instagram Storiesย on Friday, July 11, where she squashed the rumors.
“There’s this video going around on social media, and it’s supposed to be my dad, but it’s AI,” the 40-year-old began. “It has a voice like my dad’sย David Attenboroughย or something. And it starts out saying, ‘I don’t need a doctor to tell me that I’m going to die. I know I’m going to die.’โ
โWhat the [expletive] is wrong with you people?โ she added. โWhy would you spend your time making a video like this?”
She noted while he has some difficulty with his mobility, her famous dad isn’t going anywhere.
“He’s not dying,” she continued. “Yes, he has Parkinson’s, and yes, his mobility is completely different than it used to be, but he’s not dying. What is wrong with you?”
Rumors Began Due to a Previous Interview that Sharon Osbourne Gave
Many years ago, Sharon Osbourne told The Mirror that the two had a suicide pact.
“Ozzy and I have absolutely come to the same decision. We believe 100 per cent in euthanasia so have drawn up plans to go to the assisted suicide flat in Switzerland if we ever have an illness that affects our brains. If Ozzy or I ever got Alzheimer’s, that’s it – we’d be off,” she said at the time.
Sharon Osbourne made the comments after her father Don Arden died after suffering from Alzheimer’s.
“Ozzy and I have asked our lawyers to make the appropriate arrangements,” she continued. “It’s taken away some of the fear of our ending and is a final gift of love to our kids.”
While Sharon Osbourne previously made these comments, Kelly Osbourne added that her famous mom just made the statement for publicity.
โStop making articles or posts about how you think my parents are having a suicide pact,โ Kelly Osbourne added. โThat was [expletive] my mom said to get attention one time. And my dadโs not dying. Stop.โ
