Earlier this month, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) declared her niece had died despite a successful surgery. And as bizarre as it sounds, no one, not even Luna’s father, Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), asked to see her remains.
Now, a spoiler photo for this week is circulating online, seemingly confirming that Luna is alive. Looks like Li pulled off yet another fake death, but why?

However, Li refuses to grant her request. And when asked about the funeral, she flatly says it’s been taken care of.
Sheila grows increasingly suspicious as she continues to mourn Luna’s death. As her grandmother, she has every right to see her, or at least be involved in planning her memorial. So why is Li being so evasive about it?
Sure, Li is Luna’s aunt, but their relationship has been strained ever since the truth about Luna’s paternity came to light.
Li Fakes Luna’s Death
But it seems Li has a change of heart when Luna was on the brink of death. So when the opportunity arose, she immediately took action, even if it meant committing a crime.
A spoiler photo shared by @SoapVisionX on X (formerly Twitter) proves Luna is, in fact, still alive. She’s hooked up to machines in an undisclosed location, seemingly fighting for her life.
Right next to her is a worried Li, who vows not to let Luna die. But what’s her real motive?

At the time, Li let everyone believe that her son had died. However, she managed to whisk him away from the hospital and facilitated his recovery at home.
