Chloie Castillo, a model and former contestant from season 29 of “The Bachelor,” is officially engaged. The 29-year-old announced her engagement to Hutch Hershberger on Monday, Aug. 25, with a joint Instagram post celebrating the milestone.

In the photos, Castillo flashes a pear-shaped, three-stone engagement ring while wearing a white T-shirt with lace-trimmed silk shorts. Hershberger, dressed in a navy T-shirt and olive pants, posed by her side.
The couple also shared playful snapshots in matching blue-and-white checkered pajamas. Castillo captioned the post, “matching pj’s for the rest of our lives :),” as the pair smiled together during a backyard breakfast decorated with blue-and-white floral arrangements.
The engagement news came just two weeks after Castillo shared a series of glamorous photos modeling a satin wedding gown for bridalwear brand Allure Bridals.

Several fellow alumni from “The Bachelor” and “Bachelor in Paradise” quickly filled the comment section with congratulations. Juliana Pasquarosa, who accepted a proposal from Bachelor Grant Ellis during the season finale but has since separated from him, wrote, “Omg girl congrats this is so exciting!!!!!”

Castillo and Hershberger made their relationship public in April, shortly after season 29 finished airing. At that time, she appeared on the “Bachelor Happy Hour: Golden Hour” podcast and spoke about their romance, telling listeners she believed Hershberger was “the one.”
From Reality TV to Real-Life Love
Castillo first appeared on “The Bachelor” in 2025, where she was among the women vying for the heart of Grant Ellis. While Ellis ultimately proposed to Juliana Pasquarosa, Castillo’s journey after the show took a different direction as she built a life and career outside of reality television.
Originally from the Midwest, Castillo relocated to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a model, per Variety. Her big break came when she landed her first major brand campaign, opening the door to more opportunities in the fashion industry.
