Country legend Dolly Parton is revealing new details about her planned hotel in downtown Nashville.
The entrepreneur had a booth at the recent CMA Fest that gave country music fans more information about Dolly’s upcoming “SongTeller” hotel, set to open next Spring.
A post on the hotel’s new Instagram page featured pictures of the CMA Fest booth with the caption, “🦋 Come see Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel, Nashville at @CMA Fest 2025 🪕🎶

Dolly’s Hotel Will Feature Butterflies, Guitars and Lots of Pink
A rendering of the hotel posted on its new Instagram page shows a high-rise in pink, cream and gold. It features a stylized butterfly at the entrance. The caption that accompanies the picture reads, “🎼 Your first official look at Dolly’s dream, standing tall. ✨

According to the Tennessean, the hotel is a 12-story office building downtown. It currently houses restaurants Black Tap and First Watch is being transformed into the hotel full of all things Dolly.
It’s set to include a museum featuring some of Dolly’s iconic outfits through the years.
SongTeller will also feature on-site dining, bars and an entertainment venue.

In another Instagram post, SongTeller shows renderings of the hotel’s “Listening Lobby.” The caption explains, “The Listening Lobby… where stories are sung and moments are made.

Another post shows the hotels guest rooms, which it boasts were designed by Dolly herself. In the caption, it says, “Step into one of our beautifully designed guest rooms that blend comfort, character, and a touch of southern hospitality.

One detail is aimed especially at brides who come to Nashville for their bachelorette parties. According to the Tennessean, Dolly’s hotel will feature the “Six Sisters Suite.” The suite’s name is a nod to Dolly’s five sisters. SongTeller bills it as the “ultimate place for brides-to-be” to stage a blowout bachelorette weekend in Music City.
