Has HGTV star Christina Haack changed her tune about never getting married again?
Maybe.
While it doesn’t exactly fit with the saying “third time’s the charm,” since it would be Christina’s fourth marriage, it certainly falls under the “never say never” category.
While Christina has said in the past that she’s done with marriage, she was singing a different tune during an appearance on SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy” alongside boyfriend Chris Larocca.
Host Jeff Lewis teased the “Flip Off” star about her about her previous marriages, saying, “Christina, no one knows who you are because you keep changing your name. I promoted you yesterday and no one knew who you were,” Lewis joked.
“I kinda like it. I’m going to change it again,” Christina shot back.
“I had to go, ‘Christina El Moussa, Christina Hall.’ And they were like, ‘Oh I know who she is,’” Lewis continued, “You can’t keep changing your name.”
Christina questioned, “What’s wrong with that? It’s so mysterious.”
Another host then chimed in and advised, “No more husbands.”
And that’s when Christina surprised the room, responding, “Okay well… maybe one more.”
“Maybe one more? Are you serious?” Lewis asked, then added, “I do like Chris a lot, I do.”
Christina Pledged ‘No More Marriages’ on ‘The Flip Off’
It was while competing against her first husband, Tarek El Moussa and his second wife Heather Rae El Moussa in HGTV’s “The Flip Off” that Christina first declared she wouldn’t marry again.
In fact, it was SiriusXM host Jeff Lewis she told, when he was serving as a guest judge on “The Flip Off.”
In the episode, Christina was confiding about her failed third marriage to Josh Hall when Lewis said, “You know, obviously you’re a very attractive, successful woman. I’m sure you’re going to date a lot… Do we have to marry them all?”
Shaking her head, Christina responded, “No, no. No more marriages.”
Christina Started Dating Larocca Six Months After Breakup
Christina Haack started dating current boyfriend Chris Larocca about six months after the breakup of her third marriage.
Larocca is the president and CEO of Network Connex.
The couple has double-dated with Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and second wife Heather Rae El Moussa. The couples even went on a “blended family vacation” for Easter.
If Christina does decide to give marriage one more try, she doesn’t have to look far to find a great example to base it on.
In March, Haack posted congratulations to her parents on their 50th wedding anniversary. In the Instagram post showing her mom and dad, Christina wrote, “Happy 50th wedding anniversary to my parents. Thank you for all your hard work and devotion to not only each other but also to my sister and me. Can’t wait to celebrate, Love you guys ❤️”
