‘Rock the Block’ Fans Get ‘Last Chance’ to See Two RTB Homes

Fans of “Rock the Block” are about to get one more chance to see inside two of the four homes renovated on season six.

“Rock the Block” season six builder Hamlet Homes has announced that two of the four properties just outside Salt Lake City, Utah will be part of the Salt Lake City Parade of Homes August 1-16.

In an Instagram post that shows a video of the interior and exterior of the “Rock the Block” home designed by rookie team Chelsea and Cole DeBoer, Hamlet Homes writes, “Donโ€™t miss your last chance to see two of the Rock the Block homes!

Hamlet Homes Update on ‘Rock the Block’ Homes

A second video on Hamlet Homes Instagram page indicates that Alison Victoria and Michel Smith-Boyd’s home will be the second home on the tour.

While the post doesn’t specify which two of the four “Rock the Block” homes will be featured on the tour, the video captioned, “Donโ€™t miss your chance to see two of the Rock the Block season 6 homes in the Salt Lake Parade of Homes! This is the last time theyโ€™ll be open to the public!” shows Alison and Michel’s unmistakable green kitchen.

Of course, Alison Victoria and Michel Smith-Boyd won season six of “Rock the Block” and now have their names on the street sign in the neighborhood where all four homes are located.

Status of Four “Rock the Block” Homes Remains Up in the Air

In an Instagram Live back in June, Hamlet Homes owner Tami Ostmark and Hamlet Homes COO Jon Southern dropped big news. The pair revealed thatย one of the four homesย had gone under contract just a week after hitting the market.

They wouldnโ€™t say which RTB teamโ€™s home it was. Instead they promised to release that information after the sale on the house closed. But so far they haven’t made any additional announcements about the sale.

They also have not revealed whether or not it sold for full price

Hamlet Homes hosted a โ€œRock the Blockโ€ Block Party May 30 and 31. During the block party, fans were able to tour each home, which each had flyers available on the tour.

And one of those fans posted pictures of those flyers on Reddit, showing list prices for each.

Hereโ€™s the breakdown:

Alison and Michelโ€™s Refined Rustic house is listed for $1,399,900

Chelsea and Cole DeBoerโ€™s Cowboy Contemporary house is also listed for $1,399,900

Tristyn and Kamohai Kalamaโ€™s Moody Modern house is listed for $1,379,900

Jonathan and Jordan Knightโ€™s Modern Farmhouse is the lowest listing at $1,369,900.
